1. About This Document

This documentation package is provided to qualified NoSpike distribution and retail partners. It contains product specifications, compliance information, branding guidelines, and operational details required for successful market introduction.

2. Product Range Overview

NoSpike currently offers two collections:

  • Adult Functional Collection: science-formulated snacks for focus, energy, gut health, stress resilience, and metabolic stability
  • Kids Collection: whole-food functional snacks for children's gut health, immunity, mood, and cognitive development
  • Both collections are available in multiple SKUs. Full SKU list, EAN codes, and product dimensions are provided in the Commercial Proposal issued to each partner.

Every NoSpike formulation is built around three pillars:

  • Prebiotic fibres: plant-based fibres that nourish beneficial gut bacteria and support digestion, immunity, and mood

7. Packaging & Shelf Life

All products are manufactured in facilities that handle tree nuts. Cross-contamination risk information is included in individual product data sheets.

10. Branding & Marketing Guidelines

Partners are authorised to use approved NoSpike brand assets for distribution and retail purposes. The following applies:
  • Use only approved logos, product images, and copy provided by NoSpike
  • Do not modify logos, brand colours, or product imagery without written consent
  • Do not make health claims beyond those stated in official NoSpike materials
  • Do not associate NoSpike products with medical treatments or conditions
  • Brand asset packs are provided digitally upon partner onboarding

11. Order & Logistics Process

Standard partner order process:

  1. Submit purchase order via agreed channel (email or partner portal)
  2. rder confirmed by NoSpike within 24-48 hours
  3. Production and packing: lead time confirmed per order
  4. Shipping documentation and tracking provided
  5. Invoice issued upon dispatch
  6. Specific lead times, payment terms, and shipping terms are defined in each partner’s commercial
    agreement.
